"From a wall inside the New Jazz Caffée, in Benavente, Portugal. I have no idea of the reason behind the strange spelling of "caffée", but that's how somebody's decided to write it. It's a really nice place by the way."

I won't ask the owners, though I felt tempted. If it's just a case of bad spelling, they might feel awkward. The name is everywhere and the place is quite popular.
