"Berlin, May 2002. This is a graffiti in Prenzlauerberg near the Wasserturm, and old water tower from 1875 converted to apartments. I'm not sure of the meaning. There didn't seem to be anything remotely toxic in the area. It was rather pleasant and woodsy. Maybe it's someone's tag."
